  • As a concerned Australian citizen, I feel compelled to make a suggestion about Super Funds.

Maybe what the Rudd government should do is publicly declare that for the months of November 2008 and December 2008 (or December 2008 and January 2008), employees have the option of NOT contributing their money to Super Funds (whic appear to be evaporating)and use it to spend over Christmas to help boost the economy and overall morale.

Just a proactive thought that this video has inspired.

  • i would never think that i would look at my prime minister and say "I am proud to have this person as my prime minister" after growing up with john howard.

well done kevin rudd keep it up.

  • Well spoken, good to have a PM who thinks clearly and intelligently about the future of the world, not just the well being of a privileged few.

  • ahhh i see, comment filtering. Very North Korean.

  • well put

he is right. we have to learn from our mistakes,

everyone makes mistakes but the smart people/societies learn from them,

and yes the global governments especially americans did jack all. we have to forgive, not forget, and learn from them.

just like the nigerian scams too - biggest one is emails saying some1 is dead and $10m neds to be claimed - BEWARE !

  • The smartest Prime Minister we have had. At least someone has their eyes open. I'm glad I voted for you!

  • Nice, well presented Kevin.
