-Bank statements
-Paychecks and
-Government-issued documents showing your current address

Use your Driver's License or Ohio I.D. -- even if it shows a previous address

...or vote early by absentee ballot

...if you don't have what you need, DON'T leave the polls, request a provisional ballot and Vote
