TICs en escuelas rurales de Bolivia

This video is part of a series that inform about the experience and challenges of applying new information and communication technologies for the development in Bolivia.
It represents the first part of the stories that members told about their expectations in the beginning of a Project in 2009.
In the year 2010, the same members will tell their experience after being involved in the project. So that way we can appreciate how technology can contribute to development and what challenges are being put into practice. The videos complement an auto-evaluation system introduced by the IICD in Bolivia.
