After several HFC 11 match up changes, 30 minutes before their throw down Dillon Geer pulled out of the fight. The Champ Dylan "Buff" Buffington stepped in last minute to welcome "The Fireman" to the HFC. This is the champ's second non title fight in his last three outings.
Buff (5-0) is the title holder of the Home Fighting Championship, while "The Fireman" is making his debut.
Both fighters didn't expect to face each other so soon, and it has been well documented that they were training partners for their upcoming fights. Both are very close friends, but agreed to fight to put on a show for the fans!

This back and forth fight is no exception, and ends in exciting fashion!

  • your opponent looked like he was 50 plus pounds out of your weight class but you had the skills and moves to prevent from being dominated good match. i can't seem to get any guys interested in my area love watching you guys keep it up. Not a big fan of lenght interviews takes away form action but that's just being picky i guess :D

  • @RaisedUP2 Yeah the weight difference was pretty big. But we fight open weight so nothing new for me. Glad you like the fights! Should have some new ones in a week or two!

  • AHAHAHHAHAHAHAAH bunch of fuckin faggots lol look at the referee at the end lmfao

  • I like the Buffington butt scoot lol. Fireman will be fine, all that wrestling plus training in striking and submissions make for a good combo. And Buff just always finds a way to win, technique over strength. Good vid guys, keep em coming.

  • @cocotiger77 Yeah it is pretty fun. We enjoy it a lot. There is only one guy smaller than me who does this with us. I don't mind though, tougher challenge fighting big guys. Present different problems and forces me to use technique more.

  • @HFC11492 Looks like fun. We do sparring like this after BJJ class- no strikes to head like you guys but we also don't do leg locks (kinda dangerous when going full force). I'm the smallest guy nearly 90% of the time (5'9) but its good fun. Keep it up bud; now I want to get off my ass and train, lmao.

  • So I can see u had a tough time with ur opponents strength. But u had enough technique to come out as the winner. Keep training and maybe wrestle in college. Then ur in the UFC. If ur that committed. But great fight guys

  • @TheOFSystem Oh okay I got ya! Yeah, we have his next couple opponents lined up, just depends on the order now

  • @HFC11492 The Beast would destroy the Fireplug! :)

  • @b0nera Well, it appears the Fireman is marketable after all! Promoter, contact this guy! (Hopefully he's local.)
