He failed to mention the fact that the new Japanese government revired the Samurai past and it became standered that soliders learned the samurai way! several generals who lost in WW2 commited seppuku!

I think the Japanese elites are waiting for a chance to rid off the shogun and his samurai warriors, so that they can dominate Japan. They finally saw their chance in coming of Cmmdr. Perry, which of course the start of the nightmare of the Shogun and the samurai.
I always have a strong hunch for this.

why do you have the traditional Korean song of "Arirang" playing at the end credits? thats like playing the French National Anthem at Ground Zero on Sept. 11th. weird.
