i just got a triton what do i need to go to so i can dump my midi on pro tools and control the keyboard with the computer

The problem with Korg is they assign all their effects to make a program sound good so if you want to use them in the sequencer youll use most of the effects for the whole song on one sound. The only real solution (for the onboard seq) is to sample to an audio track then delete your midi track and copy all the effects to the next sound you want to use the resample again until its finished.

What ever tracks are on the same midi channel they will all sound at the same time. I find that making your own templates is rather than "copy from combi is a better way, most of us won't use the cheesy Arpeggiator drums that assigned in most combis.

how do u take a combi sound, put in a sequece and only take up 1 track ?
KINGKOOKOS 2 years ago
I believe all the internal triton sound in the sequenser are all trigged by midi signals. Thats why he switched them to midi.
I've alway been confused by midi myself because i never learned it.
I mostly output my triton seq to pro tools and overdub in audio in real time.
But all INTERNAL functions in triton are midi signals and triggers.
