Beru Revue is available on iTunes.

You can buy cd's from the band's website.

You can download old radio concerts and videos from the berurevueshare website.

Beru Revue usually plays 3 or 4 times a year. They will be opening for the Hooters on Black Friday at the Electric Factory.

  • Lip synching it appears

  • I'm sure the TV station preferred doing it that way to make their lives easier.

  • I remember seeing some of these band members when they reformed as 'Beru HaHa' at the 23 East Caberet. It was a good show and they sounded great. Wow has it really been 20+yrs ??

  • Beru Revue's current lineup includes Mark Julian Teague from Beru HaHa. The next show is November 1st 2008.

  • THIS POST IS GENIUS!!!!!

  • @jackster1212 - They were larger than life!

  • @tubularbill - One bad experience and you dismissed a wonderful scene. I've been playing with Kweder (drums) off and on since 1987 and I've also played and jammed with most of the bands and musicians on the scene back in the 80's, including Beru. Never had a bad time. It was a much more closer community in Philly than in NY, but I'm happy you found a place you were comfortable with. I'm sure you have great memories...hold on to them...I do.

  • @JDfromWitness - Wow! Witness! I've seen you guys quite a few times back in the day.....I MISS THOSE DAYS! I've been playing drums with Kenn Kweder off and on since 1987 and we never get bored reminiscing.

  • @ke3wh - Even the Police lip synched when they did tv appearences, as did most of the acts back then.

  • Glad this vid exists. The shows at 23 East were always great. What a showman and what a band.

  • Yes I know them. We opened up for them in Philly years ago and they treated us like crap. That whole scene was a real downer. So we moved to NY and did much better!
