  • bandoncontortion, that move you made where you lifted yourself up when you had your legs behind your back looked like a move to increase arm strength, as if you want to someday be able to, when you do a backbend, flip out of it, or be able to do walkovers and cartwheels, something I'd like to be able to do, but don't have the strength or the courage to try them. I nearly did flips years ago, and I'd like to be able to do one soon, but even if I get the strength to do one, I'd lack the courage.

I'm withdrawing that request for you to do your dislocations with a shirt on, since most other men or boys do it without a shirt on to show the dislocations. I only brought that up for decency, but since most others like to show dislocations with no shirt on to show the actual dislocation, I'm withdrawing that request. Also, I briefly did a right split and a middle split yesterday [my dominant side on those is my left side], and am paying the price today, since my legs are sore.

  • @cjs3872

Even though other many others have done dislocation videos without a shirt on, I'm not sure you should, especially considering how far you can swing your arms behind you. And that should have said hands grasped, not arms grasped when referring to doing the Human Jump Rope, favoring either arm in either direction, or just going straight back and forth in both directons without twisting either shoulder. Not to mention yor other dislocation moves, whichto me, seem to be limitless.

  • @bandoncontortion

While it might not be a bad idea to show everyone how your joints dislocate with your shirt off, considering just how many dislocations it seems you're capable of doing, like going back to front leading with your left shoulder, as well as your right, and front to back leading whith eaither arm with your hands grasped, as well as straight back and forth with your arms grasped, as well as other dislocation moves, I'm not sure it would be decent to not wear a shirt.
