@ the start of the video, the sound was about half a second behind the video, then @ the end, it was over a second faster than the clip.

I don't know what happened. I think it was my TV Tuner. I think it was my TV Tuner I was using it was lagging. I had to convert the .mpg file to .avl using the xvid codec as windows movie maker sometimes had trouble reading .mpg files. Whenever I see this infomercial again I will replace with a complete one as I missed the first 8 or 9 minutes of it.
