Just prior to Anzac day, and inspired by the efforts of the Finding Sydney Foundation, Tallowood penned and recorded this song. It is our interpretation of the story of the HMAS Sydney II, and the Aussie spirit so notable of our country and serviceman.

1939 and the other in Apr 1941,one was RAN and the other was RAAF.

Both were married, Don had a daughter, Ray was married the same time he joined HMAS Sydney. (Don Ross RAN (AIF 1917-1922 and RAN 1925-1941) and Ray Barrey RAAF (RAAF 1940-1941)).
