I am starting to get sick. I know a lot of people in my school that are gross! They pick their nose, don't wash their hands, sneeze into their hands and don't wash or sanitize them. I have to touch the same doors as them! It's gross, GROSS! I have a handsanitizer hanging from my bookbag and lunch box. Thank you, whoever made this video, this really helped! Maybe some other people should watch this video...

I have not suffered from the flu for six years. I got the flu but I was not bedridden, did not get a cough, just a runny nose for a couple of days. This is the result of having a strong immune system, one that quickly reacts to the virus and produces antibodies. I take a partially de-oderized garlic oil pill with every meal, three times a day.
