@k9a2g6 I don't think so - this was his acceptance speech for his peace prize, given in Sydney in 2009 on the topic of the discrimination against aboriginals. the cancellation in california was in 2011 when he was supposed to show his film 'the war you don't see' re: iraq and afghanistan.
