  • We spray a tiny bit of olive oil on the pan. Yes it has calories, but it's the good kind ;) Plus it helps to have a really great pan.

  • Dont forget to have a "cheat meal"once a week, otherwise your fat loss will plateau.

eggs are fine but only about three a day.

  • Really???? that's tricky man...I always scramble mine ^_^

  • I have a small little comment

you would get more flavor if you saute the green pepper a little before you add the egg it noticed in a few of your videos that you never do that

give it a try it taste so much better :)

  • I usually mix 1 whole egg with 250ml (8 egg whites). Usually use non stick spray on my pan. I like your vids.

  • Your doing a great thing...BUT!

Try using coconut oil to cook with.

IT is the ONLY oil that stays stable

    after cooking at high heat.

    Another...DO NOT break the yoke

if you'd like to keep the enzymes

    active in the egg

    Peace

  • I love eggs ~ I actually make a lot of omlettes including tuna egg omlettes with paprika - I'm commenting mainly to demand you make a salsa video! haha Good stuff and great vids!

  • wow, i just made this for lunch.

and boy was it healthy, it even tasted good !

    i reccomend this to everyone.

    thanks for the meal :)

  • great , i just have one question ... what do u use to make eggs non-sticky to the pan ?

my mom and family use oils and these things but i don't do that cuz oils are loaded with calories , so i usually eat eggs hard boiled.
