Ray Bosmans introduces the Corn Snake. This snake used to be very common in the Mid-Atlantic Region but its numbers have gone down due to confusion with venomous snakes and the pet trade.

My corn snake isn't active like on occasion he will be out. When I first got him he was pretty good but now he is always hiding, anybody know what I should do?

actually to JamesyIsNotADinosaur another reason it is called a corn is because their belly looks like maize which is a type of corn

Saw one of these outside in Grace, haha I must admit the color of it scared me but its good to know they are harmless.
