@mavamaarten You're right, though Microsoft's usability designer Steven Sinofsky has some really fucking amazing mockups for a round dock in the center of the screen. Of course, it's kind of bullshit with mouse input, but if that were on a touchscreen it'd be fucking phenomenal.

I use WIndows 7 right now, and there is no such thing as a round dock. It's just a program, and some cheap-ass theme.
