Good tip. But remember Guys, the more air surface the water has the better the 'gas out' of the chlorine. In other words a wide bowl is better than a narrow bowl.
-
I thought this process only eliminated the taste but the cholrine is still in the water.
-
i heard thru the grape vine that 4 hrs was good enough. But in this case since we all hate chlorine in our water, the longer it's left out might be better. thanks!

Why can't I use the chlorine removal drops that I put in my fish tank that claim to work instantly?
-
they say, its evaps at 1 gal per 24 hrs,, so a one gal jug is chlorine free in 24 hrs,
-
Yeah the tip is quick but the evaporation technique is definitely slooooww! What I do is have several pitchers going at once, staggered one for each day. This way I never run out.
-
it's a simple tip for sure. but not quick
-
Thanks for the tip.
Lets just say it tastes free but I usually let it go greater than 24 hours. It works well if you have several jugs going at once. Also test water for other contaminants that do not evaporate.:)
