If anyone knows about the tocoma NArrows Bridge they will know that this bridge in Russia has sustained severe metal fatigue in many places. There would have to be obvious cracks throughout the structure since beams can not be twisted and bent like they were without severe changes. It is just a matter of time before the problems are discoved and the bridge is closed. The real problem however is that the bridge has apparently at least for now been declared safe.
