I get a few generics and reclass several units. Again, Darros is a little experiment I'm doing, he has 0% SPD growth but his 60% DEF growth looks promising for H5 since he'll average enough defense...

From chapter 4 and on you'll be able to upgrade the stats of a weapon, adding or removing MT, Hit, Crit and WT... WT's the only thing you'd wanna remove.
