  • @marianogzaffi

Thank you brother! More vids are always in the making so stay tuned.

    Cheers,

    Zac

  • great video and lots of stuff i hadn't thought of, i was looking up on how to get more explosive and was under the impression that throwing and jumping was mainly performed and not as much weight training. have you got any other sites/books/videos you can recommend?

  • @vdtrvhd

    Hey mate,

As long as your intent is to generate as much force as possible, in the shortest time possible, you will be developing explosive power. I can't really suggest any other sites, books or videos other than our own, because my brother and I have created our own training style to get to this level of conditioning. Check out both our websites if you haven't already. Also subscribe to our channel and stay tuned, as we always have more vids and programs etc. in the making.

  • Hey I'm not really into body building, I'm more of a Martial Artist and I'm thin and I was just wondering if there is any MUST do Agility training for faster movements around the WHOLE body.

  • @lmfaofailslmfao

    Hey mate,

The main factor that usually limits people with their speed and agility training is insufficient joint stability. So advanced stability training is that MUST you are looking for. Without knowing your current condition I can't really offer any specific exercises though.

    Hope this helps,

    Zac

I'm glad to hear you are trying new things and it's going well for you! Training for performance, rather than standard issue body building, will always be much more rewarding in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback and keep it up :D

  • Ive made my own weekly workout based on this video and a few others. I'm focusing on cardio, agility and strength and have changed completely from my more bodybuilding type routine i did before. After 1 month I notice crazy results!, I do sprinting and fast jogging intervals on the treadmill for a half hour as a warm up, and i can skip forever, this video changed my whole style!

  • @HumanMetamorphosis heey can you train MMA training without going to a pro gym??? can i use stuff like you have in your house n stuff???

  • Hey, I like the video and I use it as inspiration for my training. I do taekwondo and do some plyometrics but whenever I do them I feel I'm not doing the right one to work on agility and be more explosive as I come off my foot. What Plyometric exercises do you recommend and how would I see results?

  • Dude you are an animal! Inspirational thanks for the upload.

  • @f10italia you might want to get more into martial arts as opposed to weight lifting, better for cardio and i guarantee it will greatly improve your asthma. There have actually been many people who have almost completely gotten rid of severe asthma through martial arts

  • You guys are stunt men!!!!!

  • youre a beast bro! :)
