People with depression often use GHB, especially when they experience symptoms like anhedonia. Who can blame them? And it definitely did not cause their depression. It is prescribed as Xyrem. It was rated safer than alcohol, marijuana, tobacco and most other drugs by Uk scientists on the documentary "is alcohol worse than ecstasy." And is nearly impossible to get addicted to due to its short half-life. One would have to dose every few hours for weeks to get addicted.

correction: Xanax isn't a barbiturate, It's a benzodiazepine and Ritalin isn't amphetamine, it's methylphenidate. Neither is very deadly tbh..

@ftlmatt i'm thinking of trying it out because of the same reason like you do, but i'm kinda afraid of gettin addicted or something like that. in long term i think it doesn't make the situation any better :S

It is obvious this guy took too high of a dose...at smaller doses, GHB actually has the opposite effect of what you would think. it gives you energy and for people like me who have major depressive disorder, gives you an excellent euphoria which is a welcome relief from the usual depression which leaves you unable to enjoy ANYTHING!!
When Renewtrient was still legal, I would buy the pill form. Taking the recommended 4-6 pills would guarantee you would not overdose and act like this guy.
