I work in a hotel and Russians are the most unpleasant guest you can imagine. They don't now the word thank you, please...or even how to smile. It doesn't matter if they are young or old rudeness seems to be there public trade. Please Russians learn manners or stay Home.

@poltallach @unbelievable777 you are too hard on Russians, i think. You just need to remember they have a different culture. they don't behave in western style. Yes, most of them behave like a spoiled kids, alcohol makes it even worth. But it isn't right to generalize. I'm Russian and when I'm abroad i alway try to avoid anyone from my country or just pretend i'm not Russian. In Russia we have lots of intelligent and polite people but they don't spend their vacations in Turkey, or Egypt etc.

I understand You! I arrived 4 days ago in my holiday destination and as soon as I entered the lobby I noticed only russians. The resort had 4000 rooms(so you can imagine) I went to the reception to cancelled my stay. They asked me the reason and I didn't lie, I said because of too many russians. They started to laugh telling me it's not the first time a non russian leaves the hotel because of them. I found myself an other hotel where I stay among europeans and australians. Now my holiday starts!

@ilyasr2 Ah, forgot about that one, too.
Personally, if I am abroad, I never say I'm Russian - it's not the best thing to bring in the "reputation" when you've just met someone and having a talk.
