  • great workout for explosiveness! how many times does he do this routine and how long is rest?

  • this is pre fight training. The circuit lasts as long as a round and the rest is the same. Repeats it twice, and does three other circuits. Training no more than 40 minutes.

  • the lumbar kyphosis as he takes his feet off the floor in the box squat will be putting an awful lot of pressure on his invertebral discs

  • i think the jumps squats sucks... coz of your neck/back and knees
