the lumbar kyphosis as he takes his feet off the floor in the box squat will be putting an awful lot of pressure on his invertebral discs

great workout for explosiveness! how many times does he do this routine and how long is rest?

this is pre fight training. The circuit lasts as long as a round and the rest is the same. Repeats it twice, and does three other circuits. Training no more than 40 minutes.
