  • "Even though Microsoft has been free for us, sometimes free is too expensive."

    What a powerful statement....

  • This is great! Don't be fooled by Microsoft's low to free price. Salesforce is the innovator and chatter & content library are like nothing else. Try it and buy it.

  • Surprisingly this is true. I know one that switch after their domain controller needed to be rebuilt and instead went with salesforce.

  • There is so much shilling going on here that people looking to choose between salesforce and Microsoft CRM should move on to other videos. Watch videos that show you someone using the actual software (yes it's software even it's online). I've implemented both systems many times. People I've moved from salesforce to Microsoft CRM prefer the lower monthly cost and better Outlook integration. The new version of Microsoft CRM (2011) makes many of saleforce's claims obsolete.

  • Please note that these are ACTUAL Microsoft Gold Partners, not actors. We hid their identity due to the nature of their relationship with Microsoft.

  • This video is great marketing with zero credibility. Who are these guys - whistleblowers on 60 Minutes? Unless somebody is willing to show their face to tell their story, this is nothing more than clever marketing. Check out the number of SFDC partners' switching their business and practices over to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. That's the real gauge of what partners are thinking and doing.
