    Yes, good point! It takes a LOT of plant material to produce a LITTLE essential oil. That is a half ounce clear glass jar and its not even half way full from a one gallon bag of fir needle clippings.

  • wow, no wonder essential oils are so darn expensive , you only get a tiny amount of oils from all those plant used.
