Actually, that's not a turtle on the roof, it's a Dragon IN the Roof... Yeah, I watch alot of cartoons. ^^;;
That was the The Gruesome Twosome in the Creepy Coupe as the boss in A-1 (Europe - Probably Translyvania).
And yes, I'm the vowel police. :D What are you going to do?
Finally, the boss in A-2 (Egypt) is Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly in the Army Surplus Special. What they have to do with Egypt is beyond me.
