Thank you for the quick reply!
I want a percentage comparison of two columns. I have a table from an external source, which has data about all employess working hours over a certain period of time. Using a pivot table I need to calculate utilization for each employee.
Utilization = days recorded / days to be recorded
Therefore I want to use a pivot table to show the following columns:
a. days recorded
b. days to be recorded
c. a in % of b
Is there a way of doing so? Please help

Thank you for the video! It is always very well explained and very helpfull.
Could you please explain how i can show column #1 of a pivot table as a percentage of ANOTHER column (e.g. column #2) of the same pivot table.
I need to calculate utilazation of consultans for my manager and therefore I need to "compare" one column of my pivot table with another. How can I do that?
Thank you very much!
