VINTAGE 90'S DOUBLEMINT GUM COMMERCIAL W TWINS TIA & TAMERA MOWRY

In this commercial are twins Tia and Tamera Mowry of SISTER, SISTER and two of the three Creel triplets, Leanna and Monica Creel. (Joy does not appear in this ad). The Creels starred in the 1989 tv movies PARENT TRAP III and PARENT TRAP IV: HAWAIIAN HONEYMOON. Leanna later had a role on Saved by the Bell, and Leanna and Monica also appeared together in cameo parts on Parker Lewis Can't Lose and 90210, as well as an IHOP commercial. I don't know if Joy chose to stop acting, or no longer appeared on screen with her two sisters because she looked very slightly different from Leanna and Monica. In any case, following the Parent Trap movies, triplets Leanna and Monica began acting together as "twins."

@missyumberry Honestly I always thought Joy and Monica looked more like twins and Leanna was the one with a bit more unique look. It's something about the face, or maybe it's just her facial expressions, but I've always been able to tell Leanna apart from the others, while I found Joy and Monica were a bit more challenging.

It's not true that Joy looks slightly different. It all comes down to hairstyles and who's look similar to each other, that's when you can lump two looking more similar and one quite different. Such as is the case right now. Leanna has had a very short hairdo for some time now and if anything Joy & Monica appear the most similar.

Joy chose not to pursue acting when she went off to college in TX. Monica & Leanna stayed and attended UCLA.
