California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger introduces New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg at the mayor's PlaNYC speech at the American Museum of Natural History on Earth Day 2007. The Mayor went on to outline PlaNYC, his plan to fight global warming by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by the year 2030 and improve the City's infrastructure to accommodate 1 million more New Yorkers over the next 25 years.
