My ex-husband has a Wirehaired Vizsla. You really have to socialize them well. They are great with dogs and other animals. But watch any video on youtube of an underexercised Wirehaired Vizsla and you will know why you must exercise them for 2 hours a day! They love to chew, also. Wirehaired Vizslas usually get along well with hamsters, rabbits, and guinea pigs as long as the owner is pack leader.
