Gobsmacked. you are AMAZING! tho I'm a little disheartened. l8ly I'v been mucking around on my flute to some streetlight manifesto songs and my friend asked me to try and learn to play riding the forth wave. I sed I'd try but it would take me a while longer than the rest.  Then I found your vid which might help me a bit. did you learn this song by ear, or hav you got music?

@Jeniren90 You wouldn't believe the amount of times I have been asked this question =). I do most of my playing by ear, and this song is no exception. What I can tell you is that the song is in E minor and it starts on the tonic. I suggest you at least attempt to learn it by ear, but if you are still struggling send me a personal message and I can hook you up with my Skype address. @Jeniren90 They are legendary they are, seen em twice now. I like to think I've got better now, love playin their stuff in my room, good stress reliever, although me flute's been broken since before Christmas :( ain't got any spare cash to fix it yet. Ah well, will do soon hopefully.

I know what you mean, them horn hooks can just get stuck in your head, I end up playin streetlight without realisin sometimes as I'm havin a little play.

@Wackiest I know this post was from a few years ago, so not sure if u'll get it, but I completely agree agree with you. I only got into streetlight this year (2011), I kept getting the awesome solo parts of the different instruments stuck in my head so I decided to try and play them on my flute. they are awesome fun, and I'm now going to see them wen they're in Australia in April. :-D can't wait to see them live.
