Oh, one more thing. Manufacturers leave out the shielding because if the signal can't get out, the phone doesn't work. It has to be able to talk to the cell network. In your video, it seemed to take longer for the call to go through when you had the foil on the phone, and indeed, I don't think it rang until you opened up a hole. Faraday Cages only work if they are completely sealed, but are used in everything from RF shielding to lightning protection.
Well, I'm not an expert, but I can tell you a few things. Your aluminum foil cover is what's called a Faraday Cage. It will tend to block electromagnetic radiation, such a radio waves. That's what your phone gives off, and what your stereo is picking up. The sound you hear on your stereo is the actual digital signal of your phone talking to the cell network.

Why are the signal so high everywhere ?
It has to do with the money making system from all the providers.
It is a stupid system and the will find out later when it is already to late.
It is the same stupid thing as a food shop selling poisons food.
The costumers will die!
And there is more less to sell.
What you can do is make a bag with shielded materials on the inside, pointed to your body.
And not shielded materials on the outside.
Then you take a precautionary measure for yourself.

You are living at a bad place.
Your phone is still receiving the base station.
Then you have minimal 60 uW/m2 in that space.
Your phone works good with 0,001 uW/m2.
Why all that hi uW/m2 everywhere ?
Ever thinking about that ?
Your stereo is a low quality one.
And the pulsed signals are coming directly out of your amplifier part of the audio.
Me be you have notify that turning the volume up or down don't matter.
The pulsed are generate from a diode in the schema of your audio set.
