I met Rick Burnley at Camp Casey in Crawford, Texas when I was filming a documentary there on Cindy Sheehan. One of many great souls I met camped in a ditch outside the President's vacation home.

  • To Rick and SwimmerFilms, your poem is excellent.

  • Hey it's Rick's poem. I was just lucky enough to meet him and film it. He's very interesting. Just google his name and you'll learn all there is to know. Peace

  • No, man. You've got it backwards. Besides, we're all sinners.

  • All words are imagined.

  • I love how on the anti-Christian videos people have lots to say against religion. But when a poet uses Jesus's goodness to shed light on what is evil (WWJD) no one has much to say. Bush's war is evil, and I am a Christian, and Bush does NOT represent Christianity. And torture and the love of money have nothing to do with the kingdom of heaven. God have mercy on them.

  • Amen to that.

  • maybe you're trolling, but the wackjobs running around thinking they are running the show aren't funny. neither are the crazy easily manipulated morons that do their bidding.

Jesus was a big a rebel as you could get. he said fuck taxes, fuck moneychangers, fuck the old Jewish and other customs and he also said that the only true christians (his brothers) are the ones that help each other unconditionally.

  • @phillyfunnyguy

true Christians have faith to do unto others etc etc even in the face of death. you can't win favours by doing good deeds; it is expected ("lowly servants") and is just a part of being alive. nowhere is it said that people can go around willy nilly being nasty turds, so long as they say a few hail marys. if people had faith they wouldn't be scared and defensive fuckers trying to lie, cheat, steal and kill just to maximise profits

  • @matthewkuehn

    ummm...no it doesn't

i think you have been tricked. maybe it wasn't your fault and you were just born into the cult. learn to read dude and GTFO of that deranged cult, man.

    good luck. :)

  • Though Shall Not Murder. Believe it or not, there is a difference between Kill and Murder. ALL BIBLICAL TEXT USES THE WORD - MURDER. You'd be hard pressed to find a biblical leader that did not kill to either defend himself or in war. Man, you liberal idiots hate Christians and Christianity, but sure do like to use the Bible to preach to us. Get your facts straight. Morons.... sorry that wasn't very Christian of me was it?

  • So true man so true... I got fooled but were in a time of WAR and were in it very deep..

  • by our faith (Which God is the authority of) we fullfil the law by having faith in Jesus. If you are going to attempt Mosaic law, you must do it all, perfectly. No one has ever done it except for Jesus Christ who is God. If you are non-believer, the law is written on your heart, and you know right from wrong. Everyone who does not believe will be before the judgement seat of God. True Christians who are already regenerated are already made rightous through the blood of Jesus Christ.

  • I have read the Bible, thank you. Govt. is put there by God, so we should not rebel against their authority, because it is given by God. Actually, the Old Testament and the New Testament have the same message. The message is it is not about what WE do, but what about God is doing, will do, and has done. I don't have time to make a whole lesson, but he couldnt tell the pharisees to sin. Jesus fullfilled the law, because he is perfect and it is impossible for anyone else to do what he did.

  • This guy is great.

  • Rick's poem is excellent. I hope Bush listens to it sometime.

Love, Hope, Peace, & Christ Be With You,

    Cal-el

  • Are you one of those Bush Christians? Cain didn't do good. He killed his brother.
