The song is "Flugufrelsarinn" by Sigur Ros
On the album "ágætis byrjun" (an alright start)
They sing mostly in Icelandic, and translations can be found somewhat easily. However, they also sing in "Hopelandic" which is basically a language that the singer has made up, but is just as beautiful as the Icelandic. Hopelandic of course doesn't have trasnlations, and the vocals are to be taken as another instrument.
This song's title means "The Fly's Savior".
