Actually, the best idea I have heard is the simplest, yet least likely to occur. On one normal business/workday, every American should simply stay home. No shopping, no exchange of commerce. Everyone would have to take part... Not likely at all, but... This simple, PEACEFUL act would shake the system. Then, rallies could be held to remind those in power what had happened, and that more, longer, days off could be taken if proper changes do not occur.
Anyway, just my two cents worth...

I've always been politically pro-active, and have not been "taking it." But I get your point. It is always better to try something, rather than simply do nothing. However, what we have been trying---phone calls, emailing/mailing and holding rallies here and there---has had little effect on changing the policies of our Reps in DC.
I am open to any tangible ideas---anyone have anything worth a hoot out there? If so, let's hear 'em.

better to start now than sit back and keep taking it

I got junk mail from Ron Paul's Campaign for Libert y today---"Audit the Fed Now" form. What a waste of time. This should have been done 40 years ago, not now. Do you really think our Reps care about our opinion? Remember---they didn't care when we all went on a phoning/emailing/mailing campaign to not do the first bailout---why would they care now? One more thing, Ron Paul's been in DC since the 70s... It took this long to coordintate and move the people? Too little & way too late.

The supreme court has ruled that the 50 states are countries with respect to each other but under the 14th amendment system you are participating in rebellion against your de jure country when you vote, through contract as well and that is why you have to pay IRS and so forth.. and are responsible for the national debt. watch all 6 vids for more info please watch?v=G1B33IvnJ4M&feature=ch
