  • so there is an f on all there report cards?

  • @unlaughable I have cut-off points along the way. I am able to enter all of the points achieved and the points possible. It gives them a general idea of what their grade is in the class.

  • @Cureoglu Show a little respect for Mr. Anderson. This video is well-made, and I appreciate the creativity and effort he puts into his students. I would have loved to have a teacher like him so dedicated and skillful in his profession.

  • I don't know where you find the time to set up the program you use to keep track of all the points etc. I've been teaching for over 30 years, and I love learning new ways to teach. Thanks for sharing so much not only for the students, but for the many teachers who also subscribe. DM

  • I'm a game design student!

  • ¡Increíble trabajo! Good Work!

  • Look at XBL achievements, if school had a system like that. It would probably increase participation. However, with any system that uses exp., I would be worried that the students are only doing work, for the points. They should want to learn not for rewards, but the pleasure of finding something out. How accurate can points be, to demonstrate student understanding? Very cool idea nonetheless!

  • I am in 9th grade and my teacher is GREAT I love her but, I wish she could do really cool and fun things like this!

  • @Cureoglu No problem. I'm so glad that you had the opportunity to have Mr. Anderson as a teacher.

  • @Cureoglu Focus on making better videos? Paul hasn't uploaded anything less than a high quality educational video. Maybe you should stop being a jealous and frustrated ass-hole and learn from his postings what everyone else does. Maybe you have better uploads? No? Hmn.

  • i wish i was in your class, this really suits my style of learning!

  • @Cureoglu Among all the ppl on YT who uses it for money-making or insult other users, Mr Andersen dedicates a good amount of time for public education, and here we have him sharing good pedagogic methods. In the light of that, your comment is pretty inmature, so please, grow up and stop trolling videos from ppl who deserve some respect.
