17 years in prison for murder?? I've seen people get longer for a hell of a lot less. Our justice system is fucked up.

@misteeq64 Gerbasoni was found near Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada on October 21, 1993 using the alias Gordon McIntyre. Jerry pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder and was sentenced to 17 years in prison. He was released in 2006.

Im sorry I just dont understand how she didnt realize her daughters dead body was rotting under her own bed?! wouldnt the smell of excretion alone alert you to the location after a few hours? and then days of decomposition? ugh!
