My 2.5 hour fight with HP Tech Support trying to get a 2 day old laptop replaced. Eventually returned for a Gateway that has been humming along just fine.

  • I feel your pain, I have an HP dv9008nr laptop. I was on the for with HP tech support for two hours about three years ago. Basically, they wanted me to pay $298 to have the left hinge replace (do to a hardware defect). I ended up emailing the CEO of HP and he authorized the repair free of charge.
