I played in the NFL, although it was only for two seasons before getting cut, I never saw playing time outside of the kickoff unit. With that said, Lorenzo Neal is the last man on my list I would ever want to tackle in a one on one situation.

whoever said core isnt very important the core is what keeps ur whole body stable without a strong core you cant do any kind of squatting or running so speed is a lot to do with core
