Enhanced LCROSS video supports Hoagland's "Smoking Gun"

On the evening of 07/07/2009, Richard C. Hoagland appeared on the AM talk Show "Coast To Coast" AM. During this show, Hoagland explained the effect President Barack Obama has had on NASA going back to the moon, evidence of a secret space program, and the subject of this video...

Leaked NASA data which has led to more evidence of Hoagland's Lunar Domes.

The evidence he spoke of, is in a IR image taken with one of the "mid-IR" cameras on LCROSS on the initial swing by of the moon on June 23, 2009. Not many details of this theory are known yet, as Hoagland has yet to post the second part to this paper. All that is shown is a side-by-side comparison with the Visible Light camera image. The Sea of Moscow sits near the top-left of the moon. To the top and top-right of the moon, Hoagland points out what he says to be IR radiation from the Lunar Dome.

It was this side-by-side image that intrigued me...

Then I thought. "Can a new camera learn old tricks?"

NASA had posted a 24 second video at 640x480 resolution of the Visual Light Camera inital swingby of the moon. As a matter of fact, it is still posted. (See the link below). So I downloaded the video, and began working.

The first order of business, tear it down. What was once an arranged order of frames playing at 30 FPS into a 24 second clip, became 703 .tiff files. I would enhance each of the exactly the same, and put them back together again.

First I would crop out the area Richard pointed out in his paper. Even though the video was a 4:3 resolution, the crop is a 16:9, 300 pixels wide. This width was then increased to 1072. (Just to give you an idea of the zoom).

I then what look to the "old-tricks" Using just the slightest increase in exposure (the same way that led to the discoveries of the Lunar Domes over Sinus Medaii, Mare Smythii, and the Apollo 17 landing site), I began seeing reflections of perhaps what could be light reflecting off the very Domes Richard had spoke of.

Does anyone mind explaining what exactly Lunar domes are? Are they just artificial dome-shaped structures or what? Is there a way to see them from existing Lunar imaging?

Glass domes on the moon artificially constructed. There is images of the moon taken by a variety of craft, showing evidence of a glass like structure. The Apollo images are the best evidence. Prism effects appear in places where the blackness of space exists. The same effect of taking a picture of a piece of glass while the sun is shining on it. During the audio transmission of Apollo 14 ( I beleive), the astronauts talk in amazement of the "glass:" they see on the moon.

I know this video is hard to understand, and I'm sorry about that. However if "The Smoking Gun" is what I think Hoagland thinks it is, then this video will make more sense.

However, we have to wait until Hoagland releases "Part 2" of the story.

The reason this video was made is because I noticed the scattering reflections in the same area Hoagland pointed out as the area of interest in the "Smoking Gun" IR image.

We will just have to see.

@fiesta1100 Wow, what book is that? Hoagland simply skirts the issue in Dark Mission. Did not know about the Proselenes and 20,000 seems, are crazy as it is, too short a timeframe. I'm thinking about 400 Million years ago when life began to evolve above single cell life here on Earth. The Moon stabilized the Earth to allow for complex life to evolve.

Perhaps. However, it was put in 'orbital lock' around the Earth by someone about 200 Million years ago.
