I was diagnosed with this when i was very little, I went to sensory integration therapy for a while, it doesnt seem like I experience these symptoms now, I am currently 16. Is it possible to heal from this or does it last forever?

Fifteen and only just diagnosed with this. :/ You have no idea how many teachers tried to get me drugged for ADHD.

im 18 and i just found out i had it.

my 6 year old has this, combined with vision that is considered legally blind. Is there a connection between the two? Does he have SID due to his sense of vision being poor.

Why don't more people understand that not only do children have this, but also teens' and adults' struggle just as much? I have it also...and FINALLY with correct diagnosing and more fitting treatment, I am getting better!
