Higher Ground - Claire Holley

I love this old hymn. It brings back little girl memories of sitting in the church pew, legs dangling in the air, singing the hope of Heaven. Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are on the journey to higher ground.

thanks for uploading. i miss singing hymns. i think they're better as they offer more profound message than contemporary songs..this is what i thought anyway. my church only sings them very occasionally and or around christmas time which is a shame. i like contemporary songs as well but i think we need a good balance there.
