What you need is milk and squats, along with major compound lifs: bench press, overhead press, powerclean, deadlift. That will make you bigger and stronger. Compliment with pull ups to round it up. And eat a lot of whole foods!

he should use a little less weight and he shouldnt be swinging his hips. and only do reps of 10 for 3 sets that would be alot better then what he is doin now. and how much is that he is curling right now?
