@louieptuey Your right!! I forgot all about that! Next time I watch N.D, I am going to pay particular attention to that part -- though, if I remeber correctly, it was only shown for a couple seconds, and not much ofthe surrounding area was filmed. If that part was actually filmed in Idaho, it could very well be these same dunes! It would be interesting to know.

@dslgunner1977 There is a quick scene in the movie where the grandmother is off-roading in some sand dunes-it's how she gets injured.

@louieptuey Napolian Dynamite was supposed to take place in Idaho, but probably not this particular part of Idaho, as I don't recall this particular scenery in the movie. Also, I'm not even certain that the entire movie was even shot IN Idaho...but yes, Napolian Dynamite was supposed to take place in "The Gem State" (aka: Idaho)
