At an event in Exeter, NH, shortly before the New Hampshire primaries, I had the opportunity of representing ServeNext.org and the voice of national service. I also got a chance to ask Senator Gravel about his views on service, and was very satisfied with his answer. Have a gander!

Truly voluntary work should never be traded for anything nor should it ever be encouraged, it should be given a place in our culture, but that's about it. (Gravel's idea is pretty common though here in Europe and I'm not saying that it's bad, just not final.)

Instead they try to make him out to be a pothead for speaking the truth about the flawed war on drugs.  MSM is failing us.
