@cwgcGymnast You can view my showreel on my channel. I have a korbut flip in the video. My very first one actually. I also have a video of me training my korbut flips but out of about 12 attempts all where failures lol. Hadn't done them in months.

@TheNinjalazer - Yeah, it is a shame it is band on the bars because it does look rather cool to perform!! But it's great how you can still do a variation of it on the beam... Like the korbut full is performed on the beam also. Parkour is awsome, I respect you for taking part in that :)

@TheNinjalazer - Thankyou :) x

Oh and great video btw. :)

@cwgcGymnast Yes. I practice parkour and freerunning although I do teach gymnastics so I don't have any rules against performing it ;) lol. I am working on the korbut full currently. While gymnastics bans it we can still appreciate it freestyle. Although I think im pretty much the only person who does it in the parkour world...

@TheNinjalazer Oh right. The move you are on about is an old school move that is no longer allowed to be performed on the bars, it is performed on the beam though just slightly differently, you do a back saulto and then open out at the last minute and land straddling the beam, you can use your hands for control. This move being done here is very similar to it as you can see except instead of doing a back saulto you do a back flick (hence the name) and at the last minute land straddling the beam

The korbut flick....It looks like a backhandspring on the beam that collapses into a roll across the body where you end straddling the bar? I need to learn that.....I can do Olga Korbut's korbut flip but I haven't ever tried the flick.
Nice! Thank you very much for Sharing!!!!!
