Giant Lite-Brite art founder Lori Kanary's Guinness World Record Lite-Brite. The original Giant Lite-Brite is from the Denver Art Museum's citywide Impressionist Exhibit 1999. "Giant Lite-Brite" , also known as "If Claude Monet grew up with Lite-Brite..." , debuted at Redshift Gallery. The oversized Lite-Brite used 62,856 actual Lite-Brite pegs and was intended for the audience to see how children see the world around them, larger than life.
Setting the standard in concept and material, Kanary's "Giant Lite-Brite" style is still being copied today and is now more popular than ever.
Kanary founded and engineered oversized Lite-Brite art with this piece setting a new Guinness World Record in 1999.
Kanary builds custom Lite-Brite boxes, with or without images.
