While I must acknowledge and accommodate for your concerns, I sincerely hope that my proposed Paypal method will be adequate, for I fear that I may be stepping beyond my knowledge of legalities if more complicated methods were preferred.

I suggest discussing the situation w/ dprjones. Let him know what's going on and ask for the best way to procede. No offense but with you in the equation, I'd feel very uncomfortable donating. I'd be a lot more likely to donate provided the money goes directly to the charity. Kind of a policy I have - to donate directly to the cause.
