This exercise consists of 5 exercises, 60 second intervals completed twice, with 10 second rest in between intervals.
Exercises: 1. Single leg squat (alternate legs for each round) with two 10 lb. dumbbells
2. Tube resistance band walks 3. Kneeling glute presses (alternate right and left for each round) 4. Reverse lunge with two 15 lb. dumbbells 5. Sumo squat with calf raises using 30 lb. dumbbell
Equipment used: Two 10 lb. dumbbells,15 lb. dumbbells, one 30 lb. dumbbells and a tube resistance band.
