Stop motion - Short and Sweet, Julia Nunes

My friends and I wanted to see how hard it was to make a stop motion video. This is our first, and it took about an hour in total to shoot and edit. We had a lot of fun with it so we'll definitely be doing more in the future.

The Julia Nunes video for "Maybe I Will" inspired us to try our hand at this, so it seemed only fitting to use her song -- "Short and Sweet," Julia Nunes

Thanks to Kate for pushing the button on this and being generally enthusiastic, to Zach for participating and to my roommate for not minding that we destroyed the room.

Seriously, her new CD is amazing. I wish she had more of her original work on youtube, because it's just incredible. Odd is probably my favorite song of hers.

And it's nice to see some Julia fans around.

I do love it quite a lot. It's actually not my favorite anymore though, "You Were" is. It's beautiful.

And you're lucky that you got to see her last night! I'd have gone if I'd still been on the east coast, but alas, I flew home for Christmas.
