Zeitgeist '09 Awards & Exhibition, NYC 10th of September 2009

United Creators uncovered great talents and artists during the New York Fashion Week 2009 with a glamorous art event celebrating Zeitgeist '09 Awards. A group show presented the winners of the Zeitgeist 09 arts competition in the Bang & Olufsen Store ...in Soho to a sophisticated audience, consisting of art professionals, dealers, law & financial institutions, many artists, models, and celebrities.

The multimedia showcase consisted of artworks from 6 winner exhibiting artists; Randall Tiedman (Painting), Zachary Orcutt (Sculpture), Lynn Johnson (Mixed Media), Martin Fahlen (Photography), Mathew Tucker (Drawing), Hye Y Nam (Video Art), and special selected paintings by Jeremy Wagner, Shay Kun, Skye Nicolas, Conor McCreedy and sculpture by Will Ryman. Artworks were displayed physically and digitally on B&O exclusive screens with highlights on the worlds most amazing digital display 103 B&O Vision 4 screen.

The innovative form of United Creators art exhibition was not the first successful co-operation between UC and B&O. Together, several group shows featuring emerging artists from all over the world were presented to the next generation of art lovers in New York, Frankfurt, Istanbul and Munich.

Futher more, United creators took a tres chic step facing into the direction of the Fashion Week audience and supported the Fashion's Night Out 2009, and presented Artists For Fashion initiative in the framework of the exhibition.

Teaming up with the fashion circus-darling of now, Skye Nicolas, they created their Salut Beauté Lux-Tee with a truly stunning and outstanding artwork. The original painting which embellishes the front of the shirt was recently exhibited at the artist's private viewing in London.

The limited Skye Nicolas Shirt was the first one to be released from a whole Artists For Fashion series that will please international fashion victims and art lovers alike. As we got great feedback, we believe that these unique art & fashion-pieces will become a highly collectible item.
